• www.episafety.com.co, does not commit to specific delivery times. The order will arrive at the place of residence according to the assigned date, between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm. from Monday to Sunday.
• The goods will be delivered to the address indicated by the user. For closed sets or horizontal properties where entry is not allowed, it will be delivered to the building reception.
In the event in which the buyer's address is visited and it was unable to deliver the order because the authorized person was not present, the new shipment may be rescheduled, after telephone communication with the buyer to notify the novelty and coordinate the new delivery.
