Return policies

The product must be eligible for sale (unused, in the original packaging, catalogues, manuals and all its parts).
· You must submit the purchase invoice, if you do not have it, you can request the proof and / or certificate of purchase.
· The maximum period to request the change of products will be 8 calendar days from the date of purchase.
· Purchases made on the website www. episafety.com.co are subject to the right of withdrawal.
· Freight must be assumed by the buyer.
· EPI will refund the money to the user, within thirty (30) calendar days after reception of the returned goods.
