AUTHORIZATION OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I declare with the signature of this document:

1. I have been informed, known and accept the personal data processing policy of the company EQUIPOS DE PROTECCION INDIVIDUAL S.A.S. Also, I can consult it on the opportunities I want on the website www.episafety.com

2. That the company EQUIPOS DE PROTECCION INDIVIDUAL S.A.S. is responsible for the processing of the personal data of which I own and that it may collect, transfer, store, use, circulate, delete, share, update and transmit for the fulfillment of the legal, contractual and commercial purposes expressed by the company and recorded in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

3. I was informed that in case of collection of my sensitive information I have the right to answer or not the questions they ask me and to give or not the requested data. Understanding as sensitive data those that affect the privacy of the owner or whose misuse may lead to discrimination.

4.
